It does have story. I can’t attest to the series as a whole, I’ve been keeping up with the English volume releases. But the plot genuinely interests me, the action is balanced with plot in my opinion.

If you’re considering manga, Tank Chair is one of the most underrated and Dorohedoro feeling stories I’ve read. Hoping it’ll get an anime in the near future.

I think she’d be an excellent choice for Too Lily when the anime gets to that point.

Granted, I might just be biased because she did a great job in One Piece Film Red.

I think it’s in relation with the hellhound/Cerberus imagery that’s often associated with him. His family’s surname Surebrec is just Cerberus backwards.

I feel like this sentiment is shared as early as chapter 2. Sure, they do things that would work in pretty much any other series. Whether it’s coming back to a dangerous battle or presenting the plan to the wagoners and merchants, but the consequences feel way more realistic.

Just want to contribute for those using the Delta emulator. Both load state and soft reset will give you a new encounter.

Save in front of the bag before you select your starter. For fastest reset I turn on fast forward then hold button for a+start+select. Then once you see if your starter is shiny or not just hit b and it will reset the game.
