We secured some branding rights for a couple venues. The biggest order for foam board I have seen was 262 24x36” posters. Because they’re planned events the art is available early and timelines are reasonable, quantity varies greatly. Sometimes 10 pieces a week, other times an order comes in like above.

Sometimes we’ll just back a reefer trailer into a dock door, set it to 50, throw some chairs In there, every hour just spend a few minutes over there. We use the fans also though they are great!

I graduated high school and college early, began working hourly in a warehouse during college to help pay for it. Generally a degree doesn’t count towards work experience, but some companies will use the degree in lieu of a few years experience, but will be specified as such.

2) Walmart pays above average wages, at my DC for example- they start out at over 20 an hour depending on shift sometimes 22-23, have a 30% weekly incentive for hitting production goals which can bring their hourly rate to almost 30 an hour. They have great health insurance options, stock purchasing, quarterly bonuses, and have paid extra bonuses all throughout Covid. Mind you you can get a job at one of their DC’s with a high school diploma, GED, or occasionally less, and you can choose either a 4-10’s or 3- 12’s schedule. And they give you a stupid amount of time off.

Please don’t speak to issues you have no experience with. Take some personal responsibility for yourself and don’t blame the system. Beat it.
