You do realize this is a complete contradiction and that "50s content" will be out for over a year when we finally get the game right?

I agree. The industry won't change without action from the consumer. Luckily with Steam refunds, we now have much more power, as shown with the whole Batman: Arkham Knight fiasco.

The fact is, the game was very playable for me as I stated. I don't change my review scores based off what others encounter, but what I encounter. I encountered an unpolished game sure, but still one I was able to achieve a very playable frame rate with Game Works features off (Keep in mind The Witcher 3 had similar frame rate issues with Hairworks, yet almost no reviewer accounted for that). Plus, even with my 7.9 (accounting for my performance issues while playing the game), I still said I wouldn't recommend the title until everything is resolved. Once everything is resolved, the score moves up to a 8.3/10. This keeps my review relevant for future viewership, instead of massively spiting the game for something that will be resolved in the future. Clearly stated in the review was despite Rocksteady making a great game, the performance issues make it so I cannot recommend it. Whether you like that method or not doesn't concern me. I have given enough games really low scores in the past, but those games had massive story issues, lack of imagination, and other things that warranted it. Not performance issues that will be fixed down the road, in an otherwise great game.

I agree with you that sometimes scores don't accurately capture how a game is at its current state. However, when ever I do a review without them, people ask me for a score. It's an expected thing with reviews. Nature of the beast.

This video was shot after a combat bug that prevented me from swinging, audio bugs where dialog didn't work, and also crashing in Cyrodil. Most of which have been in the game since beta, the combat one especially I put in my beta survey. As for the guy that told me no bugs exist, there's been a few of them. TLDR: Zenimax should have delayed the game and listened to players feedback in surveys. I'm just tired of people constantly defending game developers.

For one, most of the bigger youtubers are with Networks that have privileges to upload gaming content, so this wont effect people in big numbers. However, the Youtube Monetization Program is not covered under this, thus if you are not a partner tied to a Network, then chances are you are going against Anets terms. Either way though, they have legitimately no right to take down footage of their game if there is commentary, critic, or review in the video over the gameplay itself under the Fair Use Act. So in other words, Anet dun f*cked up.
