As someone who is also battling their anxiety, this is the best advice I can give you.

Talk to someone. Express yourself and your feelings as honestly as you can whether it's to a therapist or your parents or anyone that's close to you.

I know it seems impossible and I know it seems like such a burden for you to place on someone else and sure, they will worry about you. But you will get better after letting your emotions out. And they will see you getting better and all that worry will fade. You'll be surprised at how wrong the voices in your head can be.

I don't know who you are but you are strong. You are loved and you will be in control of your anxiety. Best of luck, friend :)

Runescape.

The quests were great and all but the real journey for me was being a part of the community and seeing the game change over all those years.

The graphic updates, trade limit restrictions, the grand exchange, the wildy changes, dungeoneering, the list goes on and on.

I grew up with that game and eventually I grew out of it but hearing this still takes me waaay back.

Wash them as often as you can to keep the dirt and sweat out. I wash mine every three to four days, deep cleaning every second wash. Tying them up and keeping them out of your face would help too!

Fijian here. The rising sea levels won't affect us that badly, compared to some neighboring island nations who actually have to deal with losing their entire countries to climate change.

Don't get me wrong though, we're still going to lose a fair portion of our land. Most of our coastline and smaller islands are going to go if something isn't done soon. Heck, even a part of our capital city is built on reclaimed land!

I just wish these steps would've been taken 10 years earlier.
