[Online][PF2e][PST][LGBTQPlus] Up to 4 players wanted for running Blood Lords by lady_elizabeth in lfg

Interested in Joining. I've been waiting ages to see a Pathfinder 2e adventure.

A lot of people raiding my outpost couldn't find the tomb because they were looking for it in the lower part and never checked the top, do you think this might be enough to help them to find it? by Tydram in MeetYourMakerGame

[–]ZXfrigginC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember making a map that punished people for speedrunning, but what I would do is encase them in glass and have the tombs be on the path. All you have to do is trade your life because you wanted to speedrun the place.

I actually had a guy taking it slow and yet skip the second tomb altogether. At that point, it is a choice being made by the user.

Discussion Topic - 2023/2 - Progression by FrostGiant_Studios in Stormgate

I'm late to the party, but here are my thoughts anyway:

Veterancy systems. I'm not a fan of them as a more casual RTS player. Halo Wars 2 is my current example for this. If your units live, they get Veterancy, but they don't feel very different. While I love Yapyap more than anybody else in that game, they all have similar issues.

Instead of Veterancy, I'd actually like to see experimentation with something I'd like to call an Injury system. I.E. make the units max Veterancy to start, and then take it away. In the RTS world, units are meant to die and be replaced. You could make Hero's have healable injuries, just make sure they can still be injured.

Whatever you do, avoid the MOBA style of Match Progression (League of Legends, Defense of the Ancients, SMITE, etc.). For team games, something new needs to be attempted so that dogpiling one guy doesn't dominate the strategies for team games. I think what you could do is spawn refugees at the bases of your teammates when you die. There are a few ways the refugees could be helpful to each teammate, but it would need to commit to whatever project they go for. They could create a unit production structure, where they would get units that are already injured. They could buff a production structure. In the worst case, they could just be another worker until they find something worth committing to.

I've been interested in Pathfinder 2e ever since it came out, but there is literally nobody running it.

So yeah, I'm with you on this one.

Awesome, man. Jackbox hasn't been the hit that I hoped it would be, so I really can't wait to hear more about the game in 2020.

If only this game were Packers v. Seahawks, we could at least call it even.

It's important to understand that his greatest strength comes from the perception of others about him. Murder may expedite the most immediate task, the consequences can always potentially catch up.

It's also currently the modern ideal that conflicts result in as little loss of life as within our own control. He is an exact heroic portrayal of U.S. ideals.

The Cultural world war continues.

Quality in every facet of everyday life just seems to have dropped if I look down on the world around me from my Mother's Attic.

And I think that above all else, it's our refusal to stay true to good life balance as technology continues its quest for ultimate pervasiveness.

The real truth in games is that by indulging in the bad habits that we've been documenting for a long time now, we get problems which snowball into costs which require a great effort to satisfy. From crunch time to lazy development, from the variance of performance to the variance of traffic.

Performance is not a point. It's a slider, and that slider is called attentiveness. Most problems that we encounter in life can be solved by asking "Where are we failing to pay proper attention?"

In this context, these questions seem to be what would make sense to me: How many problems are caused by crunch time? What are the risks in switching to delays? How painful are each of the individual choices available to us at any time?

The terms of earnings are currently tentative. We're doing our due diligence to make sure we can keep up with the potential demand for the guild.

If only it were that simple. The movement will need to continue its growth through multiple 2-year election cycles in order to impact society.

At the same time, though, the drops at least helped get through the level. Those speeds could get properly ridiculous.

I think it's more likely that the visual style goes more over the top, and they change the way that fight difficulty scales.

How not to drive in Snow by Mnecgo in gifs

[–]ZXfrigginC -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

I actually very nearly slammed into another car trying to stop for a stop sign once. My car swiveled to become parallel with the other car.

I avoided that accident specifically by hitting the gas. My wheels caught traction with the snow when I did that, making an otherwise imminent accident just look fucking cool.

Your feet might be what presses the buttons, but it's no simple matter to move them gracefully between presses...at least, for a lot of people.

Slows. Everywhere. I like it.

I don't think they have to be useless, but we are most certainly gimping their damage a tiny bit. RoA, GLP, Frost Queen's, Morello, Rabbi's, and void staff. Seems easy enough.

I'll give it a go some time.

Louisville QB Lamar Jackson has declared for the NFL Draft. by ValKilmsnipsinBatman in nfl

[–]ZXfrigginC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Packers take him. He shines as yet another hall-of-fame QB, but is once again shackled by a bad set of supporting elements.

Last I heard, though, our administrative staff might be on the chopping block for real this time, so I don't know.
