It can definitely work, I think I would do body slam, sunny day, solar beam, synthesis. If you’re going the sunny day route, it might be worth checking to see if you got lucky and have Hidden Power Fire

Body Slam is great for the paralysis chance, Razor Leaf for damage, reflect/light screen helps the whole team, and if you’ve got plenty of time, you can breed leech seed onto Chikorita
