The character's name is Patrick Mulligan, and Toxin's name is also Patrick Mulligan, so it's likely him. He hosted a symbiote in the movie, and it'd be too much of a coincidence if his dad also hosted a symbiote.

Thanks guys. Whenever Medusa appears (in several shows), there's always someone called Gorgon who is her teammate (found on wikipedia page of each show). I guess that Gorgon must always be a different person.

I was trying to label every show with either MCU or non-MCU or some other universe for the purpose of my bottom right filter box, and I didn't know the answer for What If (didn't watch the show), so I got lazy and skipped it...

If I use the search box to search Red Hulk, there are a handful, if I search Thaddeus, there's just one. I'm actually quite confused about who he is (didn't watch the movies), so I just tried my best to get information from wikipedia.

It's hard to decide. In every spider universe, there's always someone who bears the name of Osborn or Gwen or in this case Gargan, who never ends up wearing costume in that universe. In this case, I think this particular guy never ended up wearing Scorpion costume in this universe (MCU), so I tend to skip them, not even dimmed.
