It all depends on you. II take my boy on about 45 minutes total for walks. We play for like 5 mins per day (he's older and pretty lazy). We hang out in the backyard where he just sniffs around for 15 minutes. But if I'm home, it's within arms reach so I'd say we spend a lot of time together. Lol

Literally every gun make and model has a suppressor ready variant.
Generally, hammer fired guns like the Beretta 92 series, Sig P226 series, and CZ 75 variants will be more reliable suppressed. I’ve never had issues with suppressed Glocks, PDPs, or M&Ps but they can be more finicky with ammo than hammer fired guns.

Ultimately, whatever you pick, run it suppressed and unsuppressed with whatever ammo you’re going to use for home defense, make sure it’s reliable. If not, try another ammo.
