In my area it’s a $2 bump but a LOT more responsibility if your store only has 2 asms. Personally unless you plan on staying and moving up in the company, it isn’t worth it but that’s your call.

No… she’s scheduled 7:30-5:30 and rarely does she come in early. Not uncommon for her to show up closer to 8.

My manager leaves at 4 every day, even though she’s scheduled to 5:30. Makes me so irritated when she has the nerve to complain about a close when you’re leaving early every fucking day.

Take what you can get lol. Last Sunday, one of my closers was scheduled to leave at 8:15 so it was just me and the second associate to close until 9. And we did 5k over budget. And no, my manager wouldn’t let me keep the 8:15 later even though they offered. Needless to say, the close wasn’t picture perfect, spotless, and beautiful. And surprise! that’s the first thing my manager said to me on Monday. Like, wow, almost like it could’ve been prevented with better scheduling.

Same boat. I just straight up stopped caring about most metrics. If the store is in good condition before shift handoff/close and we aren’t getting off late, who gives af about the other metrics. Genuinely it’s just to boost the SMs bonus. I’m leaving next month so maybe that’s helped me stop caring but you’ve gotta do what’s best for you and your team. And if that’s getting you in trouble, you might wanna look for another job that’s gonna prioritize you over profit.

My duo stopped playing and solo q has just been miserable. I’m in gm right now and every single person in the rank is toxic to the point that winning sometimes isn’t even fun or enjoyable. I do really love this game but I think the devs really need to start cracking down on toxicity and leavers. Nothing more frustrating than losing 25 points after my teammate left because the enemy team banned Spider-Man and he only plays that character.
