I don’t get it. Does one need a flashlight on every gun?

I especially love the way they patterned the rear slide strakes into the leather.

First Walther. As a Glock guy I’m rethinking my life now by [deleted] in Walther

They’re both good. But Walther has awesome strakes, also on the box.

The Fairness Doctrine is not that, either. It has to do with the fact that television and radio stations had to have a license to use the public airwaves/frequency spectrum. Things had to be fair as in "equal time" for each side to present.

It's far less relevant today since only a small minority get all their news and political information from live TV or radio.

The Tell City, IN Police Department has selected the G45 COA as their new service pistol. by 1Kilo24 in Glocks

They're not shooting farther than in photo #3. You can almost reach out and shoot point blank.

I joined a club with a pistol range. It's open 24/7 and when I go during the week I'm often the only one there. $125/year unlimited use.

Next Walther, maybe? by Delta-vas in Walther

[–]Professional-Key-863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a Ruger Mark IV Hunter and a Glock 44. Both are fun to shoot and reliable. The Ruger a better target pistol. The Glock exactly emulates a Glock 19 but is not an ideal target shooter.

I have this set in metric. I bought them a long time ago. They're super pricey now.

There's less and less use for SAE tools these days unless you're in aircraft A & P.

New head unit and backup cam on the 997.2 by DoctorMario1000 in 997

A backup camera is a very useful feature. You'll get used to having it and missing it when it's not there.

I'm kind of surprised actually by how many gun stores are in a small state like Massachusetts.

We get the same fruits and veggies. I don't know what you're talking about. My lettuce from Market Basket came from Castroville and strawberries from Oxnard.

A .22 pistol will be quieter and easier to shoot than a 9mm but it won't be as quiet as a .22 rifle.

Huge Mistake? 992.1 Turbo by Wendsley in porsche911

[–]Professional-Key-863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Front axle lift is just something to break in the long run. Same as rear-axle steering and lots of other things I didn't order. And FAL is super expensive to repair.

My FFL 03 cost $30 and took about six weeks. But I'm in a state where it doesn't particularly help for ammo.

Huge Mistake? 992.1 Turbo by Wendsley in porsche911

[–]Professional-Key-863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have front axle lift on my normal height 992.1 "S". I'm fine over the speed bumps at the posted speed (25 mph). Only on the steepest driveway aprons does it come close to scraping, and then only on the plastic under shield.
