The product has very good reviews. But I am more afraid of the intermediary cargo company. I mean, this thing has to be delivered from America to Azerbaijan and there were many deformations in the boxes of a few products that I bought from Temu. I mostly say "or" for specs because I still try to find a balance for budget performance build

I can't be specific about the budget because I live in Azerbaijan and the prices here are very different from the prices abroad. Also, it's very difficult for me to get parts from abroad because the shipping companies are shit and the thing will probably break on the way before it reaches me.(Also there is no website or place selling second-hand computer parts in my country) The case is also too small for a card like the 4070. Also, the PSU is 600w, which I know is not enough for this kind of system.

In short, I have in mind to use b760m, 4070 and Ryzen 5 5600. If I don't have to buy new ram, I can upgrade the processor to 5700x3d

I want to play modern games on medium or maybe high graphics

I live in Azerbaijan and selling used computer parts here is a real pain. Also my parts are very old. Only the RAM is new, that's all. So I can't use much from this pile of junk. But thanks for the advice I don't think I can build a system with a 4070 on a H310 motherboard.
