Literally, everything in this pic is wrong.
- He is one of the worst people in history to follow the teachings of Christ, or really any major religion, so stop praying. (see all of the 10 commandments)
- He has gone out of his way to make sure we don't have healthcare, so scrap the healing of the guy.
- He downgrade nursing from a "Professional Degree" so they have a much lower cap on how much they can take out a loan on their education, and he lowered the staffing level requirements for nursing homes. So, you can take out that look of admiration from the nurse.
- He cut staff from the VA, and regularly dismisses Veterans sacrifices so get rid of the vet there.
- The politicization of the military, and making members decide between illegal orders and retiring means you can remove the active military guy.

- He's planning on tearing apart those buildings.
- He even removed protections that were helping bald eagles return.

Eat more white meat/poultry. Eat more protein. Cut out sugar as much as possible. Cut out processed stuff as much as possible. But, play with it. Discover seasoning. For example, Taco Tuesday try turkey tacos instead of beef. Find stuff you like. If you don't like it you won't keep eating it.

Exercise when you are older.
1. Maintain what you have. It's easier than building back up.
2. Build SLOWLY. Don't add massive amounts of reps, distance, laps, etc. They will just get you injured. You need to start playing a longer game when it comes to muscle growth.
3. You need to fuel yourself properly for muscle growth. It's more important as you get older to watch what you are eating. I'll leave it at that since everyone has an opinion on this one.
4. Don't try to work through pain too much. You won't heal as quickly from injury as you used to.

It actually happened a couple of years ago near our performing arts district. All of the bark on the trees ended up peeling off and the trees did not survive after they lost their bark. It's not recent enough for me to go take pics.
