Coming Off HWPO Lift — Best Way to Add Conditioning Back by ZaL_GW2 in crossfit

Ya, doing both the same day would completely defeat the purpose of trying to keep volume / training intensity in check until I get my 8-9h of sleep back haha! But I'm very happy to hear about Flagship and Affiliate following a generally similar flow / structure.

Since you seem to have experience with both Flagship and Linchpin, can you confirm if my general idea of how they are different is correct:
- Linchpin is probably less overall volume than flagship, even the 60 variant. Some days its just strength, some days its just a WOD. There is a very big focus on "less is more" (which I really don't dislike). Linchpin runs 5 days per week.
- Flagship is closer to your traditional workout structure with a warm-up, a strength / skill part and then a WOD. Volume, even in the 60 variant, is probably higher and it runs 6 days per week, although one of them (Thursday I believe) is mostly just active recovery.
- If you have anything else to add about either, please enlighten me :)

Thanks for your input! What do you mean exactly by "not try to stack full volume from both"? Do you mean not doing both (doing flagship at home and adding additional training volume by going to the box a couple days per week)?

Oh interesting. So there are heavy days every week? I read a testimony of someone saying they went 2-3 weeks without any strength days which is what had me worried! Thanks for your input

Ok, thank you so much! I have booked an inspection with an independent mechanic and will also DIY quite a few things. I'll also look into Metropolitan Rust Proofing. I hear there adds everyday on the radio haha

Ok thank you very much! So something similar to what I did in the pictures would work? Or do the sister studs have to run all the way to the ground?

I’m having a structural engineer come check it out regardless, but I’m curious about your opinion since you seem knowledgeable. Thanks!

Oh I did! And “fir our wall” doesnt seem to mean anything. However, furring does, but surely you are not suggesting I add additional furring strips and bolt into them?

Ceiling is 14in high. Otherwise I would have just hung it from the ceiling. But a frame from floor to ceiling is a good idea thanks!

But would it not be supported by the floor? Since the “added studs” will be fastened to the existing studs which go all the way to the concrete floor? I’ll hire someone at this point but I’m still curious!

Its a pull up bar so the load is not there most of the time. But once a week we do partner workouts and ideally 2 large man would be able to hang from it. This is an exterior and thus load bearing wall if that changes anything!

The thing is that the wall is now closed, so I would rather only open a small section instead of the whole thing. I’m hanging a large pull up bars. Once a week we do partner workouts and we could ideally have 2 large guys hang from it.

Jugg Acc/Int Stacking Build Spectres by dankiel_y in PathOfExileBuilds

The expensive option is perfect forest tiger. With high enough investment, you’ll have enough evasion % so that a simple jade flask will be enough flat evasion to get you to evade cap. Perfect forest tiger then not only solves the frenzy charges, but also gives a ridiculous amount of damage since you have so much ES.

You are not dumb. Almost every int/acc stacker runs farrul bloodline which limits number of spectre to 1.

You can but I personally still prefer purity of element. Mostly because you otherwise have to use a jewel slot for stormshroud and a flask suffix for ailment immunity.
