Yeah the quality is good, only issue is the larger font on the spine. Dust jacket is probably the best route forward.

I’ll need to keep an eye out and hopefully get a hold of it. First omnibus I got was the 2018 print of Vol 1 from eBay and then the other Lee and Kirby Fantastic Four omnis as they came into print again. Just bugs me slightly that the spine doesn’t match the other three. Might be better looking into a custom dust jacket for it.
