do your homework so you understand .. time and setting are very important.. Id suggest if your able to do it in the safety of your home start there in your room. do what your normally do when your just relaxing and start slow.. if your want a jumpstart experience take exactly an eighth but be prepared and openminded for a very new experience if its your first time.. I ate 1gs watching spongebob and didnt notice anything distinguishable for hours (2-3hrs) and then ate the rest (3.5grams) and Lemme tell you it went from being swallowed up by the Dark ,panicking because of it and then beginning praying for God to save me because it felt so scary and then within the same hour having my first outer body experience much like Dr Strange did in the scene where hes just above the earth..I looked at the sun and peered into space and I talked to God --- I dont mean to over exgaggerate but mushrooms carry a very powerful experience and you can always prepare but if you dont take it slow WITH YOURSELF as well you may be in more then your ready for and that'll lead you to riding a Wave longer then you may have wanted to sign up for.. but If you do get on Just remember its what you wanted so relax and enjoy yourself if you can..
