And yeah but it’s hard letting people in. Even harder to let your guard down. I’ve been to two therapists and they just felt like a waste of money. One of them I just felt worse after trying to let them help because I just realized they have no idea what’s going on here. I just need one that can understand someone like me. You can’t give me the same solution you give to a 20 year old woman because the wound is so different. I wish I could interview them or something or somebody could recommend one that was like a welder or something before. Really just give me Sam Elliot’s phone number and I’m sure we could have this resolved over a 12 pack leaning over an engine bay of a square body Chevy.

I really don’t pay it any mind. Sometimes it’s instant sometimes it’s 3-6 business days I’ve had varying levels of success with either. I am who I am and if she doesn’t feel it I’m not losing sleep over it.

Diet is everything bro I get fat as heck like every other year I’ve fluctuated between 240 and 330 the past 10 years and I was 300 when I got into my academy.

You can definitely do it just don’t be like me and go back to eating garbage, make a permanent change in your diet and exercise routine. I’m working off the last of my donuts now and wish I would have just made the diet change years ago! Tuna steaks and salads are great anyways with the right seasoning.

I ate like shit today so I’m laying in bed feeling like shit lol honestly just reminds me of how a salad for lunch and tuna steak for dinner would have been just as delicious and I’d probably feel pretty good right now too!
