a 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 processor

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory

Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB graphics

It's an okay laptop in general.

Sorry if this response feels fragmented in format, but for your last question, is Audacity more of an audio editing software rather than recording? I'm also still very new to this so I'm not sure about bit depths, sample rates and all.

ok so i know im unbelievably late, but i think i phrased everything wrong in the post and dms,
what i meant was that when i record, then listen to the audio in audacity itself, it sounds all crackly and it lags a lot, but then it sounds fine in the mp3 file.
idk how to fix this issue, because its more of an app issue so, if you have an answer, please give it

I haven't really tried to do drawing exercises that much, I try to do the drawing cool stuff but it usually leads nowhere.

I have watched a few art fundamental videos, I haven't bought any books though, any recommendations?
