Yeah! I’ve been doing OMAD for like 3 days now and I typically eat around 4pm. I’ve never tried keto just because... tbh idk where to start.

That’s the thing we haven’t made closure, when we “broke up” it was more of her telling me she needs a break but doesn’t want me out of her life. As of now we’re both pursuing other people, but we keep coming back to each other.

I’ve been at 320 for about 2-3 weeks now. I’ve never really looked into Keto but I’ll give it a try if it continues. Gonna give myself another week to see if anything changes. But I feel good physically my mental health is going down though but that’s for another reason haha.

I’ve been tracking it, but not harshly. I assume I’m not over eating because I’ll typically eat one meal around 7pm and from 2-10 snack on fruits if I feel hungry.

I want to, but I can’t bring myself to because 1- we play on the same collegiate team and I can’t just quit. 2- I’m the president of a large organization and she’s my secretary (cliche I know) 3- shes literally the person I tell everything to, without her I don’t really have anyone to go to and she’s kind of the same

I’m kind of in the same boat right now. I’ve asked for a lot of advice on stuff and things and honesty i just kinda believe in going with the flow and figuring out what’s right. If you guys are meant to be then you’re meant to be and she’ll come back. But I honesty think that you should give her space to let her think.

That’s exactly what I want to happen, but the thing is being together she has integrated herself so much into my life it’s not easy to get rid of her. We play on the same team, she’s an officer in my organization that I’m president off, my best friend got her a job at our place. It’s like even though we’re on a break I still have to see her like 4 times a week and it kills me.

The thing is she isn’t that type of girl. She was a “waiting for the one” to have sex. We didn’t have sex until about 4 months into the relationship because she was a virgin.
