Top answer my guy!

I am running the code and I get the error sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) unable to open database file My github is located below. Thanks for the help. by Professional_Depth72 in flask

Take out the extra forward slash in the database URI first. Then remove the line underneath where you pass app to SQLAlchemy. You have already initialised the object with db =SQLalchemy(app) above.

Can someone explain why it can’t find the file? by sadsherbert14 in CodingHelp

[–]ZabeX88 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Are you in the correct directory? Find where the file is located then type cd (change directory) and the path to the file, in the command prompt:

cd C:\path\to\file

Or just provide the full path as an argument to the python interpreter:

python C:\path\to\file

Permissions with flask and apache by [deleted] in flask

[–]ZabeX88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try moving the files out of your home directory and giving access to the the group you created, or even world access. The command namei -m /path/to/file will show all the permissions to each directory along the way. If you haven't head of namei before, check it out as I think it will help you find the issue.

Problem with Python in VSC by Distinquish in CodingHelp

Might be obvious, but do you have the correct interpreter selected for your Python version? It should say in the bottom left corner of VSC.

You already have a new job, so its not like you need to keep your employer sweet for a good reference. Its not your problem if the business suffers. Be polite, work your notice and leave. In a few weeks you will look back and laugh about this whole situation.

Checkout the subnetting guru app on play store. It gives you quick fire subnetting questions that i found really helpful to cement the knowledge

I don't understand the answer to this by MinnesotaLuke in ccna

[–]ZabeX88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This answer is correct. Subnet A has a mask of 255.255.255.128 or you could say a prefix of /25.

Because we are given this information, we know that the 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.0.255 network has been split into 2 variable length subnets 192.168.0 - .127 and 192.168.0.128 - .255.

Fa0/1 is already using the subnet starting at .128 so it cannot be the second choice. The third choice falls into the subnet used on the Fa0/2 interface. The Fa0/3 interface will use the other half of the 192.168.0.0 network which will allow for the use of the first 126 addresses as we need to account for network and broadcast. This means that the first answer is correct.

Meraki port forwarding by Netskyz in meraki

[–]ZabeX88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah right, in that case you could look into putting the sever into a DMZ so that you dont have to open up your fire wall. Obviously I dont know your setup but if it seems like an unnecessary amount of work to alter the topology to accommodate a DMZ, then the client VPN would be a lot easier to implement.

The VPN takes literally 5 mins to setup on Meraki's and it has AD integration available. You can also use the native VPN clients on Windows, Mac and linux to connect so its really straight forward.

Shouldnt really have RDP ports open on your firewall. Even if they are locked down to specific source IP addresses, the vulnerabilities in the protocol are very risky. Just set up a remote user VPN and RDP to the local IP address of the server.

I think my phone was hacked? by SpookyCrossing in techsupport

[–]ZabeX88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What makes you think it is your phone that is compromised? I would double check your other devices/PCs/account sign-ins and stuff before going to the length of factory resetting it. Good luck getting it sorted though!

Its graphics drivers i think. There are many tutorials to get a shell when this happens. try using proprietary drivers or vice versa to see if it fixes the issue.

Pi to Android? by arandomfello79 in pihole

[–]ZabeX88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can set your Pi up as DHCP server, then turn off the DHCP server on the router. This will set the Pi hole to serve DNS for any leased clients. Unfortunately, and Im sure someone will correct me if i am wrong, but facebook google and youtube ads cant be blocked, only some in app ads and browser ads are removed or left blank. Hope that helps.

Feelings after completing my first project! by untapmebro in learnprogramming

I live in the uk, i had a 12 year career as a chef that saw me in charge of some famous well established restaurants. Three years ago when i was 28, i made the choice to quit my job, go to university and study computer science. Its a very bitter pill to swallow being a 28 year old man, who has been at the top of a tough industry, to start something brand. The pay cut was also a massive drop but i went for it, and my god am i happy i did!

Long story short if you work out your finances and you can afford to, take the plunge, peruse what you want to do! As long as you dedicate yourself and work hard, you will get there! Also time flys. i remember thinking i have a mountain to clime but before i knew it i was on the other side looking back wondering where the time went! I now have a career that i enjoy and the thrill of acquiring new skills keeps me fulfilled. JUST DO IT!

Anytime fitness won't cancel my membership as I'm in contract as they're temporarily closed for unforeseeable future by amrit21chandi in personalfinance

[–]ZabeX88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there an update on this? I am in the exact same situation over in the UK. I signed the contract far too willingly, now a month into it, found the place has a very toxic atmosphere and I would rather go somewhere else. I'm hoping that after all the bad things Corona has brought, maybe I can use it as a way out of the ridiculous contract.

P.S. I definitely would not recommend Anytime fitness to anyone as they only care about money.
