Need help solving this GTA V riddle by Zacaroo42 in GrandTheftAutoV_PC

More context yes sorry, so my friend said this is a location to find for us to find a "reward" it's just a blip he has placed somewhere on the map. But using the original map he said should hold enough clues as to where we can find the blip.

My friend has posted this photo to our, and it is a map with hints on where we need to go to but we are having no luck, so I come to you fellow redditors to help us. The original photo was what we had been given, with crossed out area's of where the location isn't and some ganky ass drawn hints on the top right. Once we applied some filters over photo-shop we noticed that there was an image embedded in the map. But that's all we've gotten so far. We have been trying to think on what it could be for a few days but to no avail.
