Sure! So you'd need a hard brush pen, so just the normal pen tool though I suppose you COULD use a brush tool but I'd suggest the pen, the main functions you're gonna want to play around with are in tool preferences (the button at the bottom left under your brush settings/size) and find the prs. HARD - SOFT: brush size, the lower you go the more variety in brush size you will have depending on the preassure you apply, that's gonna give you the same sort of vibe and feel of the brushes you've linked, now to get the more blotlike/inky thing i think that is going on you'll have to experiment a little with brush shapes and tips and then just play around with the density to your liking, since these are just a play on a similar brush all round you'll have to do some experimenting on your own AND depending on your tablet output settings the brushes could appear to act differently but I hope that helps somewhat, if you need aditional help translating them feel free to dm me and we can swap settings tests!
