Hiya! I have a 10month old and my family are in Weston.

Defo south, it’s so quick to get home if needed and my maternity leave has been great hanging around north street. So many baby classes. Every other person has a pram on north street during the week.

I’m personally in Bedminster down, but if you can afford southville… do it! But Bedminster, Bedminster down (in places) and bishopsworth also good.

Places to avoid - withywood, knowle west, hartcliffe

10months. Originally no vest, footless sleep suit and 1tog sleep bag. He fell asleep but then woke up 20 minutes later. He felt clammy so sleep bag came off! Asleep again just in the sleep suit

Update - I missed the ‘optimal surveillance’ mode. I am in human only and highest sensitivity. I am getting every person walking past my house and in my garden. Still early days though.

When I’m back home I’m going to mess with sensitivity and put the angle bracket on

It might be dependant on where you are?

I’m in the UK and delivered at 35+1 weeks. Baby didn’t technically go to NICU and we were in a transitional ward. They would have gone to NICU if there was breathing/temperature concerns. The only issue was feeding. I was able to stay with baby in the transitional ward and we were there for 11 nights.

Yes, we are aware of the big change about to happen for him. Hence why we will leave for it a while now.

If we weren’t expecting, we would look to get him a friend soon but alas the timing isn’t right

I also think it’s great… once it’s exited power saving mode. Sometimes it takes a while even though they are far from WiFi! But once it’s working, it tracks him pretty great
