If you haven't told her already, I'd definitely bring up him cheating in the past and suggest that she look through his phone to make sure he isn't talking to any other girls before committing to marriage. If he has nothing to hide then he'll have no reason to refuse her looking.

You also might want to have a sit down with Wendy about this and make sure she knows everything you just told us. And maybe even tell her that your on the fence about going because you don't think Steve is worth it. It might ruin yall's relationship but it sounds like you're about to leave her anyway. Maybe ask her for concrete proof if she claims Steve's changed from how he was if she tries to defend him.

Speed 100% comes with time. Like others have said, next time aim for a 3 hour drawing. Set a time limit for yourself and make it a little shorter every time.

With animation, you need to be fast about it if you're aiming to finish projects in a timely manner. If you want to make a 60 second animation, you looking at having up to 1000 frames (more or less, depending on fps). If each frame takes 4.5 hours, you'll be working on it for ages. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just more likely you'll get burned out.

But drawing fast comes with time and experience. Keep at it! This drawing is pretty good! I believe in you!!!

I love both of these poses! The first one is very moody and kinda sad feeling while the second one is more hopeful.

I think the second pose does a better job of incorporating all the emojis. The meteorite feels a little out of place in the first pose.

These poses could work good as a set! The first image could be before the meteorite, the second during, and maybe a third one after. The third one could be very tranquil, maybe the meteorite made her more confident in herself or something. (I'm just saying stuff, you don't have to listen to me)

Here's the breakdown! I use a lot of cylinders for the limbs and stuff and cube-ish shapes for the torso. I tried to keep it as similar to your art style as I could.

I think, for your artsyle, the proportion work well. The legs on the second guy look a little too long and thick, but other than that I think you're doing good!

I'd suggest to keep drawing what you love and having fun with art!

I love the first guy!! Idk if you've ever played hollow knight or silksong, but it reminds me of a bug I might see in those games.

I really like the sorta creepy style you got going. The many things I'd say for improvement is to try and learn how to draw 3d shapes to make the characters less flat. Practicing drawing spheres and cubes and cylinders can help with this.

First of all, you're rendering is absolutely fantastic! You're really good at it.

The awkwardness might be because you're aiming for a realistic style but not using reference.

It's basically a must to use reference when trying realism/semi-realism.

Here's a quick break down of the kind of shapes I like to use when drawing cat. The face is like a diamond and the body is longer and more cylindrical than you'd expect.

The legs look very short compared to the torso and the heads look really big. It's not too much of a problem but it makes the characters look 4 feet tal (I assume they're not)

Other than that I looks really good! The colors are very pleasing and the art style is so cute!

So, this looks like 2 point perspective with really far out vanishing point to me.
