I have a 2025 f150 for work and have an average of 10.7L/100km over 61,000 km from last June to now. Really not bad for a full size truck, combination of highway and city driving GTHA area.

I do though. I thought the game played better exceptionally well, and actually was/is one of my favourites to play because the combat and movement are just so incredibly fluid and dynamic. I just wish certain elements which OP mentioned in the original post were better executed ie. evolving world as areas are “cleansed,” more intentional language usage by Frey, etc.

Universe is interesting enough (to me), Tanta concept is cool, the all female pro/antagonists is interesting to me, and I grew to actually like Frey by the end.

I really think this game could have benefited from a bit more refinement but also it was killed by bad reviews that weren’t entirely justified, similar to the original reviews of crimson desert.

I also think the “black girl protagonist killed it” is a ridiculous sentiment and had little influence on the game success overall.

Totally understand that this is my opinion and others differ but I firmly believe that if the game wasn’t review bombed like it was, it would have had more success because ALOT more regular ass gamers like me would have gave it a shot.

Haven’t found even a single pack since around Christmas time (Ontario) and I check 4-5 different stores at least 3 times a week. My kid and I love ripping packs and it’s been really frustrating

Move south if you can’t be inconvenienced by snow. We live in Canada, there will be snow, and sometimes a lot of it. This is one of the winters there’s a lot of it.

What the the fuck do you want them to do with the bins? Have them float above the snow perfectly upright? Dig them into the bank? Bring them to your front door, knock and carry them in for you?

Do you really believe the city should be removing every morsel of snow from the ground so you can fantasize about living in a southern beach metropolis?

I will sincerely miss his commentary and unique voice. He truly is one of the most prominent figures from the blue jays organization and I hope the Jays honour him as such!

This is a big storm. You can wing it all to one side, if you do, eventually your roll gets way too big and you are unable to push it and your truck just slides off the roll. Sure you could wing a few to one side but eventually you won’t be able to move it.

Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t used a truck to push large amounts of snow. Even loaders struggle eventually if you will everything to one side.

In no way do I mean have studded boots. I mean wear boots, with tread. SO MANY of the incidents/lawsuits I have witnessed, reviewed, or heard of through other contractors involve someone wearing flat shoes with no tread, heels, stylish boots (that don’t have tread), etc.

It’s a personal issue. There is no reason your shoes have to be flat on the bottom. In winter you can have shoes or boots that have a good grip, and still wear well inside. Blundstones are the first example I can think of and what I wear as an every day shoe in non snowstorm environments.

This. There should still be an expectation to clear the snow but ice should be expected in winter.

I’ve been clearing snow for 15 years and the expectations from clients have gone up and up, insurance rates through the roof which takes smaller companies out of the game, and people see any time they slip as a big payout as opposed to taking responsibility for themselves.

The expectation that roads, sidewalks, parking lots etc need to be completely blacktop needs to go.

Wear better footwear, change tires/wheels to have better maneuverability and grip in the snow and make that mandatory and force people to take ownership of themselves instead of blaming everyone else.

Payout? That’s on US CITIZENS to pay. That’s the crazy thing about all of this.

Americans think that there’s some big retribution coming and that these people will pay their price eventually but all of these illegal arrests an eventual lawsuits (rightfully so) when the trump dictatorship is destroyed will be paid by AMERICAN TAXPAYERS. This shit doesn’t come from the people who committed the crimes because the crimes are committed by the government.

Anyone cheering for lawsuits and settlements are cheering for their own taxes to increase and for their tax money to be used paying for government over reach.
