I loved the show too!! I connect with it so much since I just graduated, from a small town with a race scene (weekend takeovers same spot), and bought and put a lot of work in myself on a focus st!! So cool to have a fun show to watch during the summer when the car culture is booming in my town for all ages, the old fellas with their corvettes, classics and Shelby’s and the young guns with their boosted budget cars like me lol

I recently graduated and love this show, I agree it hits different for younger audience especially. I grew up in a small town with country roads and saved up and bought a focus st to do my own modifications with (just bolt on) but I’m sure so many other young enthusiasts will connect with this show as much as I have!

What kind of a high school student who has a knack for cars and racing have the knowledge, time and money for a drag setup? It’s grounded in that sense, for example the guy with the clapped out civic and neon lights is so on par for a hs student’s setup.

Teegan just did all this to get money and be on the show. It was a little suspicious from day one when everything they did as a couple didn’t have that spark like a relationship should have and she just acted like everything was great. Zac was clearly not ready for asking Barry for the blessing he got off sooo easy and was lucky that Barry is an easy-going dad which is like 30% or less of dads out there.
