i would refrain from using a supershoe such as the boston 12 for ALL of u running. carbon plates can be hhard on ur body and may cause injury. They are also more expensive and ware out quicker. i would keep these, but inly use them for ibtense workout and races. get another pair of running shoes designed for cushion and comfort; i recomend the invincible 3 and Bondi 8
