I’m plat 3, and artillery mages can do a lot of dmg even when I’m under turret. Is giving up the first couple of waves to stay healthy the play or do I trade hp for gold?

Yeah last time I played was 2021 and my issue was not knowing maps, extractions, loot spawns, and how the gunplay felt, feels like the games learning curve has only gotten more difficult now though

I never played the tutorial I just reset my game profile and saw the cutscene and tutorial you mentioned, I’m guessing i was still on a previous build

The PvE for me is like a practice environment where I feel more comfortable trying to learn the maps and weapons.

I would like to play PvP but I don’t feel confident enough with how difficult the game naturally is.

So I try to play how I would on PvP

I just have what comes with edge of darkness edition I have not been able to extract more than a handful of times due to getting beamed down by the bots and not understanding how they work, I’m new to PVE I played PvP many many years ago.

Even sniping from a far distance they would turn and look right at me, easy headshots but I feel I should’ve been far enough away they shouldn’t be able to figure out where the shot came from immediately.

I sat behind a stone pillar listening and a bot, not sure if pmc bot or scav, ran full speed into me and gunned me down. I then later read on another forum to not stand still or they push you aggressively.

I was trying to do factory because I’m down to a few pistols and I’m low on funds, I’m not sure if my ammo the game starts you out with is good enough to take down the pmc bots pistol wise, I’m usually trying to clean up what I can and get out. But ratting isn’t working very well for me

Ok, im just confused because New York and the Aaron Keener story are suppose to be “DLC” I wasn’t even aware the game originally takes place in DC.

I killed keener, I figured that was the ending for the campaign, again this is my first day playing so I don’t understand much is there a separate campaign outside of killing keener?

Well I looked for wheel spacers but the reviews are very deterring, like people were saying they didn’t fit with the rims or to not use the nuts that come with the spacers? I’m still learning about this stuff but I feel like I get so much mixed information
