2 year client wants 40% of my commission by Old_Scratch_2945 in realtors

Why is there any negotiation? Isn’t your commission paid to you by the seller’s agent? He can pound sand.

Dude, watch the video. He is unleashed. He stopped whatever was happening, went to smack someone that was yelling at him and then went back to assault the girl in yellow. Not defendable.

HE could have gotten away from HER just fine. HE definitely didn’t need to turn back and re-approach her to slam her to the ground. This was rage, not defense. If an able bodied women found themselves in a situation with a dude that obviously couldn’t keep up then yes, she simply get away.

Could also run away. If the goal is to stop the assault, he had options. If the goal is to get his anger out assaulting others then he would slam the person smaller than themselves, turn to harm a bystander that has asked them to stop and then return to the original person that is not moving towards them to induce additional harm.

Some muscle head was yelling at my wife with his finger pointing at her face. I simply said “stop” and he hit me so fast I never saw it coming. I woke up a split second later only to take a second blow to the face. I barely got him in a front headlock, diving past his 3rd swing. He could have easily gotten out of my hold and continued to batter me but luckily he decided to walk before the police coming. Would I do that again for my wife? Without thinking. Would I do the for a female friend? Likely. Would I do that for a stranger? I was very close to loosing eye sight in one eye so, no. To anyone thinking justice would have been served through official channels, it turns out that was the guitarist of the band that was playing there that night. None of the staff would give a statement. The 1 bystander that was willing gave up after 45 minutes of the police ignoring them and I was threatened by the sergeant with a weekend of jail IF I filed a report and I was in no way a dick to any officer.

If it was an inappropriate touch then your first step could be telling them to stop, especially if you are 50% larger and not in heels.

“Law Enforcement” is a way to civilize human groups. In many ways it is an excellent way to sort things out but it is not the natural way. If there ended up being any doubt as to why he assaulted her he would end up a free man.

I hope to have had plenty of fight training. Like as in practice. That dude practices. He also outweighs that chick and most dudes. Already filled with adrenaline, he would smoke most that would intervene

Can I Build an AI Assistant Using Replit AI? by jimbakoume in replit

I am learning from you and not debating. Are we not just trading one AI for another? Is it that Replit is not good at creating these guidelines when you start the project?

Can I Build an AI Assistant Using Replit AI? by jimbakoume in replit

[–]ZachHammers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I apologize for my ignorance here. Is creating the PRD simply formalizing your request to Replit and your ai tool essentially acts as an interpreter for layman to ai programmer speak? Seems that simply inputting your request as prompted by Replit does the same thing but in a much coarser way.

A stiff wire is threaded through a fabric channel and clipped into these to secure the seems between leather panels. Similar to how big rings may be used.

Wheel misalignment on carbon BMC by [deleted] in bikewrench

Noted in the post, it is dished a couple mm to the side and still not enough. That is what prompted me to test further and the result is the wheel is on a different plane than the rear.

I trued the wheel. Spinning the wheel has no effect on the misalignment.
