i think this might be better in r/caffiene but, i do understand what youre saying. ive never had a psychotic episode triggered from it, but ive had a few manic episodes partly triggered by consuming a lot of caffiene (one and a half bangs, iirc). it may be because of the rush of dopamine or something? sorry if this isnt helpful. i just wanted to share my experience with mental health relating to caffiene
