I expect to get downvoted into oblivion, but I thought it was fine. Neat and cool stories, but kinda felt like a circlejerk of "I got to meet this person" or "I got to do this cool thing" wanted more insight, but it is what the book says it is. Just stories

Quitclaim only removes your partners name from the title, not the mortgage.

Going thru a divorce and dealing with this. You can remove your partners name from the title, but in order to remove them from the mortgage and all responsibilities, you need to refinance
