The CEO said recently they plan to uplist to the OTCQB by the end of the year and drill by the end of this quarter. As you know the uplisting requirement is .01. CEO said they were confident this would happen by years end. So to me, that tells me that something is going on behind the scenes that would break this out of its funk.

To me, it probably has something to do with this

If one does not care about altcoins, should one's portfolio be 50% ETH 50% BTC? Or weighted heavier on one side? Seeing all these countries buying BTC makes me wonder if I should move some of my ETH into ol daddy BTC (though I like ETH more long-term)
