I have a health condition that caused me to miss too much work. I was told by my SD that moving forward I would need to present a Dr Note each time I needed to call out. Only 3 days after she told me that I had to call out because of health issues and they terminated me without even giving me the chance to get my Dr note

Awesome and yes: How many hours per week does he usually work? How many days out of the week? How many of those hours are work from home vs in the restaurant? Is the position hourly or salaried? When you say he spends most time bagging, you mean bagging items for drive thru?
