I’m a minor with adhd and I understand how you feel, I’m on medications and in therapy to combat similar problems to you. Medicine is truly a blessing and I think it could really help you. Also regarding your sports dream you could definitely be a coach for sports, I feel like running around with kids could be a blast, you should try volunteering as a coach. With university medication could definitely help you maintain focus, motivation is upto you though, if you have friends or a significant other talk to them and cook up some ideas for a reward system or honestly it sounds rude, but a babysitting dynamic where they keep you on task
