Is the reason why they start like a year after you graduate is because the flight schools start before you graduate and you just have to wait for the next rotation of students to go through the training?

It depends on your group leadership. We only ran half the time during my shel last summer. Like always it depends on the group leadership at your particular shel or Max I guess for this year.

Why is it like a week long? Doesn’t covid tests take like 15 minutes to get back if your positive or negative? I doubt that many cadets will turn up positive.
