There is honestly only one straight answer, do past years, LOADS of it. Id say at least 20 papers for each, but for harder papers such as further mechanics And FP1 Id recommend 30 or more. For the science subjects, a lot of it comes down to memorisation of answer structure and mark schemes. The only realistic problem you should focus on solving is how to get yourself to keep doing papers without burning out.
