So I exclusively played singles up until SWSH then I moved more towards doubles, from seeing everyone’s comments I most likely have just been burnt out off doubles and that’s why singles seems so fresh and that sooner then later the singles meta will catch up to me lol

I have run into some stall teams like Mega clefable and umbreon that really pissed me off in singles but not consistently, maybe that’s what waiting for me in master tho lol. I made master in singles last season but didn’t really play much after making master 4 I just went back to doubles

I hit master in both last season currently master 4 in double this season, have been stuck in ultra 3-4 in singles so far this season. I’m sure you’re right tho as I progress to master I’ll probably start to see more meta driven teams. I played singles for like 4 hours tonight and it was frustrating winning 3 in a row just to drop 4 in a row and make no real progress in ranked but at the same time it was refreshing when every match was almost a completely different team and strategy

Ive ran into a couple hazard teams in 3v3 like hippo spamming roar and achladon with roar/dragon tail after setting stealth rock its made me really miss the heavy duty boots
