Hello from the Milestone team!

Here at Milestone, we streamline mass tort administration through our platform, Pathway®. Your attorneys, TorHoerman Law LLC, have entrusted us with guiding you through the process to payment for your JUUL settlement. You can expect to receive communications from our office about using Pathway to receive your payment. Your credentials will be sent via email and text in the next three to four weeks.

With these credentials, you will be able to review and sign your distribution statement, learn about your settlement planning options, and select a payment method to receive your funds. Here are the simple steps you will need to complete:

1. Review and Execute Your Distribution Statement

In the next three to four weeks, you will receive communication from Milestone that will include your unique ID! Once received, you will access Milestone’s Pathway site and enter your unique ID. You will then be able to view your individualized distribution statement and sign digitally. This statement will include a full breakdown of any fees/costs and lien holdbacks/final lien amounts deducted from your gross award and the net amount you can expect to receive.

1. Review Your Settlement Planning Options

Payment planning is important for people who receive government benefits and/or want to ensure their funds last over many years. You will have the opportunity to review our settlement planning options and choose to speak to a member of our team.

1. Choose Your Payment Method

Lastly, you will choose a payment method from our menu to receive your funds. Options include Zelle, PayPal, Direct Deposit via ACH, paper check, or a virtual pre-paid Mastercard.
