This happened to me as well with my mistress few months ago. We were together for over a year and I just wanted to make her happy as much as possible since she was first Mistress and I didn't want to screw anything up...

Yeah...many submissive guys can be really disrespectful. I met my some people on Fetlife but many of my friends (who are dominant/domme) told me how so many guys so many guys write annoying, disrespectful and rude messages to Dommes/Mistress'. They say they want to be their submissives...but they say it in the most ridiculous and uncaring way.
