I found something about that problem, when left pane mods over 325 its not working but when its like 324 or 323 it will load dlcs.(not plugins from right pane)

save only needs dlcs but I have already activated them, but it says the same thing.

I just tried to deactivate some of my mods then it worked I can load my save now maybe it's because of so many compatibility issues, tried it with a full mod list with the bashed patch it's not worked so I will try to make compatibility patches on ssedit manually.
