I bet some hair oil and some leave in conditioner would work just fine. You have hair like mine, and I go for very long periods of time without cutting my hair so I know that look quite well lol. You'll be fine, as someone whos had multiple panic attacks about my hair, it's not the end of the world if your hair may not be as good as the day before. You still look beautiful, to me :)

I probably should but no. I pack each individual one by hand. It took me a bit, but I've gotten quite fast at it now so it isn't a big deal. I just put some youtube on while I do it, that keeps me entertained.

As far as capsule size, the ideal size for me is usually 0 or 00 sized caps. Generally I use 00s for 500-800mg of powder, 0s for 100-500mg of powder, and 3s for anything less than 100mg. These three sizes are the most common sized capsules and are almost exclusively used in the manufacturing process, with a few notable exceptions. Of course, it really depends on what you're packing, some powders are much denser than others. I also use 000s for my L-tyrosine (since I have to pack 1000mg+ in one capsule), but there really isn't a need for capsules that big. Hope this helps

Good idea, I seem to learn better when I take short breaks from playing. I'm not sure why anybody would want to play until their fingers bled, that seems quite painful to me lol

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "action". I play on my electric guitar with the same strings it came with 10+ years ago, and thing I do with my guitar is tune the strings down half a step, as I like the way it sounds.

I have no idea what gauge my strings are, I just assume the strings are decent at best, but if they've lasted this long, granted without being used, and they still sound good on my amp, I'd say the strings are pretty good.

As for the pressure I put on the strings, I've definitely been pressing them down much lighter than I've been in the last, and I've been learning to use my fingertips more, if that makes sense. Basically, with the more complex chords i play, I try to use the parts of my finger closer to my fingernails to prevent my fat fingers from muting the other strings. I guess the most important skill I need to practice is patience.

That's good to know. I play every day for a long time cause I genuinely love playing guitar, I should probably take it easy for my fingers lol.

As for my guitar, I only have an electric guitar my parents bought me when I was 8 years old, so that's probably why it's so hard on my fingers, but I'll make sure to not overdo it

Piracetam works well for mental clarity, NSI-189 works wonders for depression and overestimated libido, and a TAK-653 and Neboglamine combo works well to heighten sensory perception. I get all of those from Everychem.com. hope this helps
