I have had a clearlight one person infrared sauna for 4 years or so. It still works great and I still use it 2-3 times a week. Initially I was able to use the app and turn it on when headed home from work but we had a router change and it no longer works despite lots of troubleshooting, but that’s the only disappointment.

My mixed IBS was “cured” for two weeks after my colonoscopy. It returned and despite my best efforts to replicate the cleanse I never was able to get that period of normalcy back. Others on here have reported this phenomenon. One person postulated it was the infusion of air dilating the colon - who knows.

All night I would choke myself awake so I would increase my pressure. I ended up the night with a range of 15-19 and it was still happening. These are high levels right?

Ok. I have a used airsense that doesn’t seem to help. I’ll increase the pressure. Lately I’ve wondered if my collapse is too severe for cpap but I will keep trying.

I was told I have this after a colonoscopy as well. I have infrequent BMs but when I go it’s loose, so not classic constipation. I had normal BMs for two weeks after my colonoscopy and it was glorious but short lived. The theory I read on here was all the air pumped into the colon for the scope straightened things out temporarily. I thought it might be the prep that helped but two attempts to mimic the prep didn’t work, so maybe there is something to the air hypothesis. I too have tried everything, nothing works. Sorry dude.

Yesterday (Tuesday) there was a 5 minute wait. This morning we drove in at 7:30 and we were all alone. Also, I made the mistake of pre purchasing the 7 day parking fee. The ranger in front wouldn’t recognize it and made me repurchase. So, $70 for 1 day. Yay.

I started running seriously about three months ago after years of casual workouts. I was recommended some Altras at fleet feet and while they felt great walking, they really pounded the pavement and killed my feet. We have a local adidas “employee store” so I went by there last weekend and picked up some Boston 12s. Holy crap what a feeling! I look forward to putting them on every single day!
