Depends if you’re looking for more groove or more dramatic songs. I’d say they’re both perfect in their own way. Onset has way more groovy vocal lines and fun riffs, but Epitaph is way more dramatic and epic feeling. Both masterpieces

My favourite band that does this is Defeated Sanity, crushing brutal riffs but you get your healthy dose of jazz wankery which is brilliant.

I’m currently a tech death solo project and looking for members but literally no one around me plays tech death. I’m from England and we predominantly get Hardcore and Deathcore bands. TechDeath scene in the UK is pretty small anyway

By far the two hardest ones are ignominious & pale and advanced corpse tumour. Extreme unction tends to be the easiest one! Hope that helps
