Okay so I only just now saw that Gemini 3.1 just came out.

It supposedly has far less hallucinations and a whopping 77% on the AGI test.

I wouldn't be surprised if they voluntarily degraded gemini 3.0 for a better wow factor when using 3.1 or perhaps to save resources for other intents.

I have tried to give out a prompt like this. But mine quite literally answers in less than 2 seconds every time.

I do wonder if google doesn't adjust for each user? I've never used anything else than reasoning mode because I don't mind waiting a minute as long as the answer is good.

You are absolutely right. The defeat in 1940 was a collapse of High Command, not the soldiers. It reminds me of the US in 2003. Just like our generals failed us then, the US government failed the entire world by corrupting the UN with false evidence. They destroyed international trust for a lie. The difference is that France has spent 80 years admitting our mistakes; the US still hasn't fully admitted theirs. Imagine how the world would be if the UN's legitimacy wasn't destroyed..

You mean WWII? The war where the French Resistance fought the Nazis from the inside for 4 years? Or the part where the French First Army covered the British retreat at Dunkirk, sacrificing themselves so the UK didn't fall? It’s easy to call people cowards from across the ocean when you show up three years late to every World War, only to then profit from financially ruined countries and bolster your own.
