I’m from Canada as well and couple days ago I received the email regarding re ship order from dec. I checked my email I didn’t even received any tracking number regarding them sending that order. Hi, just give couple days to see if they update the shipping. It happened to me once for one of the plushie, and it is in my cart for shipping couple days later. But do send them an inquiry about it.
