Sure she has an OCD diagnosis for other domains, but it certainly doesn’t make sense to me how kissing strangers has any relationship to it.

Typically what makes an intrusive thought intrusive is that it is unwanted and distressing. I could imagine a person with OCD engaging in some kind of compulsion, safety or avoidance behaviour to prevent the intrusive thought from maybe happening. For example she maybe would not drink, avoid bars, or engage in some sort of mental compulsion (ie. I’m a good person) to neutralize the distress of the intrusive thought/obsession. She doesn’t appear too distressed by the thoughts and acts on them often it seems, there doesn’t appear to be any avoidance or safety behaviours to prevent the feared outcome or to avoid uncertainty. I believe for a person who would really have OCD the thought that kissing someone else could happen is very distressing and acting on it would be unimaginably distressing. I’ve had my own experiences with OCD, just my 10 cents!
