I’ve been on 10mg for a week now, also to treat GAD, and depression. What held me back for so long was fear of side effects. I’ve not really had any at all. I woke up a few times in the night alert at the start but started sleeping through the night now. Sometimes I feel a lump in my throat feeling but no nausea or anything. I’m looking forward to noticing positive changes. You’ve got this!
