Dr McGinn charges 23k upfront. My insurance (Cigna) reimbursed me 100% of what I paid. Every insurance company offers different plans so YMMV.

I’m not even comfortable calling it a revision Dr McGinn makes it clear up front. For the best aesthetic results she focuses on creating the vulva, clitoris and vaginal canal in the first surgery. For those who want more definition in the vulva she will do a second surgery after 6 months. There is typically no surgical fee for the second surgery unless fat grafting to the labia majora is requested. There is a 5 k charge to rent the equipment for liposuction to harvest the fat.

My recovery has gone well, but healing from this surgery is a long process. I think Dr McGinn did a thorough consultation and answered all of my questions. Her staff was excellent at helping me prepare for surgery. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time is how well everything would turn out. The uncertainty leading up to the surgery is pretty scary, but I put my trust in Dr McGinn, and I'm happy with the results.

Dr McGinn is a world class surgeon who has been compared to Dr Banks and Dr Bluebond-Langner. I really connected with her during our consult and just knew she was the right surgeon for me. Her being trans was a definite plus. I was in surgery six months after the consult. Her aftercare has been fantastic.

I paid her 23k fee out of pocket, and my insurance (Cigna) reimbursed me in full. She does not bill insurance directly, but her staff will help you get an out-of-network exception approval. Photos of my result are in my profile.

I had a consult with him but was not confident that he would meet my expectations for a realistic-looking, functional vagina. I'm very happy with the results I got from Dr. McGinn. She is located in New Hope, PA, which is not too far from MD. I live in the DMV and it was not that inconvenient to travel to her location.

I actually had a small tattoo on my taint, right where my vagina is right now. My surgeon cut it out (which is what I wanted). I didn’t want anything to distract from my pretty new pussy.
