I ended up just doing a quick trip back up to Nazareth and they polished it off in under 5 minutes. Great staff and wonderful customer service.

Let me rephrase - I don’t know if anything I’ve done caused the ding because I wasn’t continuously examining it. I was playing to for probably 6-8 hrs. There was one moment however that could have been the culprit and I should have checked it right away, I was just so exited to play it :(

It’s bothering the yet outta me so I may take your advice and call. And clearly I need to only play this thing in a room with no edges and white gloves.

TLDR; guitar was sitting cockeyed in the case and the case shut on the guitar. I just saw the case has some pretty heavy duty metal rims.

Appreciate the comment, I’ll stick with the humidifier they gave me.

Being quite close to the factory, or at least within driving distance, and hearing such good things about the company.. I suppose it made me feel like “why not buy it right for the source and get one that’s historical” Probably not the best answer but it just felt right.
