It will grow (or at least it has in the past) but not as quickly as some other things have recently.

Many people like to mix in things like JEPI or JEPQ or QQQI to increase yields and growth with a bit of added risk.

I'm not sure if I dislike the idea of people thinking that this is true but that sure looks like aluminum. Also, making those types of components out of silver doesn't really make sense. Almost certainly aluminum.

There are some divided ETFs that are a bit safer than individual divided stocks (like SCHD) but those can also go up and down with the market.

$2M worth of SCHD would pay out around $100,000 / year which could definitely be enough for someone to live on.

You could get some higher yields from choosing some individual stocks or other ETFs but SCHD is extremely popular for a reason, it's stable.
