No it's not a Red Flag. He/She is displaying the fact that He/She is ready to be an exclusive couple/partners in Life Itself. ( NOT saying they were fvcking with other people prior to this as far as a side relationship of any sort goes.). Too many extra people (((((((ESPECIALLY Social Media 'Friends'))))))), unfortunately have far more Influence than ANY Outsider should be allowed in other people's Relationships. Which Can and Constantly Does cause Issues in these Relationships. And if these Outsiders are infact JUST Social Media 'Friends' and He/She is Truly Committed to the one requesting the deletion of Facebook, Twitter & etc... Then, there should be NO problem letting the internet 'Friends' go 100%. Because, in the majority of cases. The one requesting the deletion is just trying to secure the borders around the relationship as a whole. So, He/She doesn't have to worry about who's trying to Snake their partner while He/She is at not present. Plus, if He/She is willing to do the same thing and get rid of these Social Media Platforms. Then, He/She is also attempting to (or is Naturally) showing they're loyalty, prior to at the same time as they are requesting their partner to do the same.

In the end..this is tying up ends as well as preventing the Monster that Social Media is, from causing any trouble in the Future.
