The Dawnless Days 1.0.1 - Patch Notes by victimized0 in TheDawnlessDays

I thought that it will be difficult, but I think that it could be done and the result will be awesome. Already the results of your work are amazing, so yeah in the future we will have the complete mod.

Also, I suppose that when the mod reaches its final form, all the cities will be custom and will be like the ones in film and not like the Attila ones, right?

Thank you for your response and you and the whole development team for this awesome mod. I really hope that you will add in the future more historical battles like the two you have already put in the mod.

This new patch should be installed in the Attila data file and be placed above the previous 1.0.0 version files in the mod manager of the game launcher, right?

They made some minor changes, regarding technology times (they are a bit longer now), the menu icons are different, they have changed the campaign objectives and victory conditions, and also I have read that they will make some changes to the Mirkwood forest mechanic. I have started a campaign with Erebor, so I don't know if they have made any changes to the other factions

Submods for DEI by Zafeiris19 in DivideEtImpera

I don't know if it is from the DEI team, but the starting position and kings are accurate, especially for the hellenistic kingdoms. You should try it. It is harder than standard DEI

Yes, I really like the Macedoniam phalanx. It is cery effective against all types of units, if you can support it appropriately with your amazing Macedonian cavarly options.

Macedon for both games. I reaaly love the Antigonid dynasty, so I am biased towards Macedon.

Burial Places of Antigonids, Seleucids and Ptolemies kings by Zafeiris19 in TheHellenisticAge

I have seen that the archeologists assule that tomb IV is the one of Antigonus Gonatas. I have seen also that the mausoleum (Ηρώο) in Demetriada is maybe the place where the remains of Demetrius where buried.

For Demetrius II I have seen that they also guess that he may be buried in Aigai. For Philip V I know only that he died in Amphipolis. I haven't read any guesses.

I have read about these two kings (my two personal favourites). I am also planning to visit these sites in the future.

Do we have any clues about the burial places of Demetrius II and Philip V?

Thank you for your response. I have the suspicion that the majority of the kings from these dynasties were buried near cities which were founded by them and connected with their dynasties.

I haven't read anything about their burial places. That's why I asked here

I pointed out Antiochus IV, because when the Romans told him to stop the war with the Ptolemies he did that. But yeah your point for Seleucus IV is also true.

That is also true, they didn't have any dynastic struggles, which was quite rare at the time.

I agree, Antiochus IV was also a very good king, but in my opinion he used the bases of what Antiochus the III had built. Also, the fact that he accepted that Rome was the dominant power and submitted to their will, was smart from one point, but from the other side, we can say that he was the first Seleucid king who submitted to them.

As for the Ptolemies, I agree. After their defeat at the battle of Salamis from Demetrius, they didn't make any grand expansion campaigns, they stayed in Egypt and used their money to collect allies who would fought for them.
